The online store Memelako Creations (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by Niki Karavia, with its headquarters located at Agiou Dimitriou 12, Haidari, VAT: 145810449, Tax Office: K.E.F.O.D.E. By using the website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Store

The Store specializes in the manufacturing and sale of handmade candles and decorative items, which are custom-made based on customer orders.

3. Terms of Use

Visitors are required to use the website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate Greek and European laws.

The Store reserves the right to modify the content, prices, and terms of use without prior notice.

4. Orders

All products offered by Memelako Creations are handmade and manufactured after the submission of the order, according to the customer's selections (design, color, fragrance, etc.).

Upon completion of an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided.

The Store reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or technical issues.

5. Payment Methods

The available payment methods are:

• Credit card (via secure payment system).

• Bank transfer.

The order will only begin manufacturing after payment confirmation has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is carried out via a cooperating courier company throughout Greece.

The manufacturing and delivery time varies depending on the product and workload, but generally, it is within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Since all products from Memelako Creations are handmade and manufactured exclusively upon order, returns or order cancellations are not possible after the order has been confirmed, in accordance with Article 3(i)(b) of Law 2251/1994.

Exceptions include cases where:

• The product arrives defective, or

• The wrong product was shipped.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at memelakocandles@gmail.com or at +30 697 384 7626 for a replacement or correction.

8. Prices

All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

In case of pricing or stock errors, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (photos, texts, designs, logos) is the intellectual property of Memelako Creations and is protected by applicable law.

Reproduction or republication of any content is prohibited without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Store is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from events of force majeure (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural disasters).

The Store's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek Law.

In case of any dispute, the competent courts of Athens, Greece shall have jurisdiction.
