The online store Niki Karavia – Memelako Creations, operating through the website memelakocreations.gr and based at Agiou Dimitriou 12, Haidari, P.C. 12461, Greece, processes personal data provided by the Customer for the purpose of fulfilling and subsequently verifying the Terms and Conditions governing the processing of electronic orders, product shipment, and the necessary communication, for the period required by law.

General Terms of Use

1. As the Data Controller, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), is designated Niki Karavia, sole proprietorship under the trade name Memelako Creations, based at Agiou Dimitriou 12, Haidari (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Origin of Personal Data

1. The Controller processes personal data that have been provided with the Customer's consent and collected through the purchase agreement and the placement of an electronic order via the online store memelakocreations.gr.

2. The Controller processes only the personal data that are strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase agreement.

3. Personal data are processed for the purposes of product shipment, accounting and tax obligations, as well as for the necessary communication between the two parties, for the period required by law.
   Personal data are not published and are not transferred to third countries.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

1. Registration on the website memelakocreations.gr, in compliance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR.

2. Completion of the electronic order placed by the Customer (name, address, email address, telephone number).

3. Compliance with legal obligations arising from the relationship between the Customer and the Controller.

4. Personal data are necessary for the completion of the purchase contract. Without the provision of personal data, the purchase contract cannot be concluded.

Duration of Personal Data Storage

1. The Controller stores personal data for the period deemed necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the relationship and the contract between the Controller and the Customer, and for a period of three (3) years following the completion of the contract.

2. Upon expiration of the above period, the Controller is obliged to delete all personal data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties that may process the Customer's personal data act as processors on behalf of the Controller. The services of these processors are necessary for the proper execution of the purchase agreement and the processing of electronic orders.

The Controller's processors include:

• Webnode AG (e-shop platform)

• Shipping / courier companies

• Google Analytics (website statistics)

Customer Rights

In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:

1. Access their personal data,

2. Rectify their personal data,

3. Erase their personal data,

4. Object to the processing of their personal data,

5. Data portability,

6. Withdraw consent to data processing by sending an email to: info@memelakocreation.gr,

7. Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of a violation of the Regulation.

Personal Data Security

1. The Controller declares that all necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to safeguard personal data.

2. Technical safeguards include, indicatively, password-protected access to computers, antivirus software, and continuous system maintenance.

Final Provisions

1. By placing an electronic order on memelakocreations.gr, the Customer confirms that they have been informed of and fully accept the terms governing the protection of personal data.

2. The Customer accepts these terms by ticking the corresponding checkbox on the order form.

3. The Controller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updated version shall be published on this website.
